Our Exchange Policy:

We offer our customers 15 Days Return & Exchange policy. The item can be exchanged within the 15 days of purchase & exchange is only possible in a circumstances if the item is not the one ordered or if there is an issue with the product size.

 

Exchange Process:

Your exchange can be coordinated via email (vampwelt@gmail.com) or you can call us at +92-323-6830000 between 1pm to 10pm (Monday - Saturday). Furthermore Exchanges may take up to 7 Days to be processed & delivery charges will be bear by the customer.

Notice: Merchandise can only be exchanged if it is not used, altered or damaged. Used/misused items will not be eligible for exchange. 

 

Warranty:

We offer our customers a free One year repair warranty. "Terms and conditions apply".

 

Refund Policy:

We offer full refund to our customer only in circumstances that the product being received is defected, counterfeit, damaged or having any manufacturing fault.
